Financial Policy

At Salisbury Highway Veterinary Surgery, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care and transparent financial communication. To help ensure the smooth delivery of services, please take note of our financial policy:

• Full payment is required at the time of consultation or upon discharge of your pet from our care.
• A deposit may be required at the time of admission for hospitalisation, surgical procedures, or diagnostic workups.
• If you indicate that you would like to use Afterpay or VetPay as your preferred payment method, we may request evidence of approval or ability to pay through those services prior to treatment or admission.
• We accept a variety of payment options including cash, EFTPOS, credit cards including AMEX, and approved third-party financing.
• Please speak to our team prior to your appointment if you have any questions or concerns regarding payment.
